AAHKS authorizes industry representatives from exhibiting companies to attend the Annual Meeting. All representatives of exhibiting companies must register and wear the official exhibitor’s badge to gain admission to the Exhibit Hall and scientific sessions.
We emailed an exhibitor registration link to the main exhibit contact for each exhibiting company on July 29, 2015. The main exhibit contact has access to online registration in order to maintain the list of representatives who will have badges. Booth spaces allow for a set number of complimentary badges depending on booth size.
- Additional badges can be purchased for $500.00 each prior to October 22, 2015 and badges can be edited up to this date.
- Starting October 23, 2015 badges can no longer be purchased or edited. All additional changes and purchases will be completed on-site at the on-site pricing of $600.00 per badge.
