July 31: No refunds after this date.

August 1: Promo materials due for approval.

August 22: Company product/service descriptions and company logos received after this date may not be included in promotional materials.

October 19: Advance order discount rates are offered by Freeman until this date.

October 10: Registration deadline for exhibitor representatives. Additional fees apply after this date.

November 4: Freeman after-deadline material receiving charges apply.

Thursday, November 2
6:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Exhibitor Registration
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall/Learning Center Installation

Friday, November 3
6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Exhibitor Registration
8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. Exhibit hours
6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.  Exhibit hours during Welcome Reception

Saturday, November 4
6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Exhibitor Registration
6:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Exhibit hours – all meals and breaks and the reception take place in the Exhibit Hall/Learning Center
8:45 – 10:00 p.m. Tear down of Exhibit Hall/Learning Center
No exhibitors will be allowed to dismantle, pack or remove any part of their exhibits until after the conclusion of the President’s Reception.
